A power purchase agreement turns your utility exposure into a known cost: a fixed price per kilowatt-hour, or a guaranteed discount to whatever the tariff does next. We finance, own and operate the system; you buy the output, and only the output.
The Instrument
Two ways to price certainty.
Fixed price
A set rate per kilowatt-hour for the life of the contract, with any escalation printed on page one. Your energy line becomes a number you can budget, indifferent to fuel surcharges, rate cases and the utility's next capital program, which the utility will describe as modernization and you will describe as a rate increase.
Guaranteed discount
A defined percentage below your applicable utility tariff, recalculated as the tariff moves. However rates behave, you pay less than you would have. The discount is written into the contract, not into a brochure.

Battery storage
Paired storage cuts demand charges, shifts consumption off peak pricing and, if applicable and sized for it, carries critical loads through an outage. Where the grid is fragile this is not an amenity. It is the difference between a bad afternoon and a lost week.
Zero operating burden
We own the equipment, so we insure it, watch it, maintain it and ensure it produces. Your obligations begin and end with paying for delivered energy.

Receive a transparent proposal
System size, contract price and the arithmetic behind both, including what we assume the tariff will do. The system is sized to your return, not to anyone's commission. If the numbers do not clearly favor you, we say so and part as friends.

We finance and build
Engineering, permitting, interconnection and construction, at our cost. Your operations carry on. Your first payment coincides with your first delivered kilowatt-hour.
